About the service
Family Travel Command Centre ("the service", "we", "us") is a trip-planning tool that helps families organise bookings, itineraries, packing lists, and budgets. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
- You may not share your account or use it on behalf of others without their consent.
Free and paid plans
The service offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans (Trip Pass and Annual) that unlock additional functionality.
- Trip Pass — a one-time payment that unlocks full features for a single trip. Non-refundable once the trip has been activated.
- Annual plan — a recurring annual subscription billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the service or its content.
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service's infrastructure.
Your data
You own the trip data you enter. We store it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
We do not access your trip data except to operate and improve the service, or as required by law.
Limitation of liability
Family Travel Command Centre is provided as a planning and organisational tool. We are not a travel agency, booking service, or insurance provider. We are not responsible for:
- Errors or omissions in booking information you import into the service.
- Cancellations, delays, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other providers.
- Any losses arising from reliance on information within the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice where possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
